Processing and dispatch
Orders are processed and shipped within one business day from our U.S. fulfillment facility. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.
Delivery times
Average U.S. delivery is 3 to 6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. The 6-bottle package ships free within the United States. Smaller packages include a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
Tracking your order
As soon as your package leaves the facility, we email you a tracking link. If you have not seen it within two business days, check your spam folder, then contact [email protected] and we will resend it.
Returns and refunds
Every order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email our team for instructions and a reference number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the bottles. Full terms are on the refund policy page.
Shipping internationally
Potent Vital currently ships within the United States. If availability changes for your region, it will be shown at checkout.
Wrong or damaged item
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Where your order ships from
Every Potent Vital order is picked, packed, and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment facility, from the same verified 2026 production batch documented on the verification page. Because we distribute only through this portal, your package never passes through a marketplace warehouse or a third-party reseller, which is how we keep the product fresh and the chain of custody clean.
Shipping costs at a glance
The 6-bottle package ships free within the United States. The 2 and 3-bottle packages include a flat shipping fee that is shown clearly at checkout before you pay, no surprises at the final step. Whichever package you choose, the price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden handling charges and no forced subscription.
If your tracking stalls
Occasionally a carrier scan lags behind the package itself, so a tracking page can look stuck for a day or two even while your order is moving. If it has genuinely not updated for several business days, email [email protected] with your order number and we will chase it down with the carrier on your behalf.
Address changes and failed deliveries
If you spot a typo in your shipping address, contact us as fast as you can. We can usually correct it before the order leaves the facility, but once a package is in the carrier's hands we are limited by their rules. If a delivery fails and comes back to us, we will reach out to arrange a reship. Please make sure the address you enter at checkout is one where you can receive a package, since we cannot be responsible for parcels delivered correctly to an address you provided.
