We want you to buy Potent Vital with zero risk. This refund policy explains how our 60-day money-back guarantee works.

The guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Potent Vital for any reason, you may request a refund of the product purchase price within 60 days of your original purchase date, even if you have used the product.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with return instructions and a reference number. Please contact us before shipping anything back so we can log your request.

Returns

Return the bottles, used or unused, to the address we provide. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund processing

Once we receive your returned bottles, we process the refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We will email you to confirm once the refund has been issued on our end.

Eligibility

To be eligible, your refund request must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date, and the order must have been placed through this official portal, potentvitalofficial.com. Orders purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, marketplaces, or resellers are not covered by this policy, because we cannot verify their authenticity or origin.

What is not refundable

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable. The guarantee covers the product purchase price only. We are also unable to refund orders reported outside the 60-day window.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. In those cases we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, and you will not be asked to cover return shipping.

Bonuses and free items

Any free bonus items or gifts included with a promotional order are not assigned a separate cash value and are not individually refundable. If you return a qualifying order, we simply ask that any unused bonus product be returned with it where applicable.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve an issue faster and more fairly than a bank dispute, and we genuinely want the chance to make it right before a chargeback is filed.

One-time orders, no auto-ship

Potent Vital is sold as straightforward one-time packages. There is no subscription to cancel and no recurring charge to dispute, so a refund request only ever concerns the single order you placed. If you ever see a charge you do not recognize, contact us immediately and we will investigate it with you.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows a package was delivered but you cannot find it, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us. While a confirmed-delivered parcel is generally the carrier's responsibility, we will help you open a claim and, where appropriate, work with you on a fair resolution. We want every customer to actually receive what they paid for.
